The role of L-arginine
An interesting 2015 article from the Cholesterol and Metabolism Centre of the Cincinnati Jewish Hospital about the 20% of Prinzmetal's angina patients who do not respond to current treatments. More specifically this reviews the (eNOS) T786C mutation and the effect the role L-arginine plays in the release of nitric oxide.
